So I've had 3 interviews in the past week and am waiting for a call back for at least one.. My credit card was stolen and now has like 300 bucks charged on it (the company basically told me "tough luck"), my best friend just went into rehab, I have absolutely no time to myself (Will be working two jobs, and going to school full time), and I'm going back to college in like two weeks in more debt than I anticipated.. What can I do to relax?

OK, the interviews are over and all you have to do is relax and wait. The credit card thing: you need to call them back and demand to talk to a supervisor because those charges should be taken off of your card. Thank God it wasn't more! Your best friend is in the best place for him; he's getting treatment so that's under control. School will be your "full time job" and that's something you'll have to work your jobs around; but after it starts, you will fall right into a routine. College starts in two weeks....then go party a little and have some fun! Don't worry about the bills so much...it's only money. It will all work out fine; you just need to take some down time while you can. Good Luck and God Bless.

First off 99% of credit cards only hold you liable for the first 50 dollars so call back and talk to someone else.

If it was a pre-paid card you are indeed out of luck they are the same as cash and the bearer has control even when stolen.

Your friend in rehab is a good thing they are getting help and I am thinking you get some space and less stress in not having to constantly help them with their problem.

Work will always be there- just get through each shift and remember it wont be forever you are going to get a better job with more pay when your done with college.

So now that we have addressed everything we can- the job interview is just a wait game try not to worry about it.

Get a mindless book, take a hot bath or just turn the lights down and read or relax however you would if you were home and not in college yet and still back home in HS. Sometimes the simplest thing is doing the things you haven't done in a while because your life has changed. Going back just a bit to the HS days and doing those things you did back then may just make you feel a little less stressed and more like the young adult you really are. Enjoy life before the real world totally catches up.

Worry about things you can change and the rest- say ahh f*#k it. Worry wont change any of those. I learne dto do this in my mid 20's and finally stopped getting ulcers and sick so often and I was happier in the end.

Do you need to be going to school full time with two jobs? Maybe lessen your school load and that will lessen the stress, financial burden and insanity.

$300.00, that's something you should look into. Check out your agreement with the credit card co., does it say anything about what you are liable for? I thought most companies had a lower amount, like $50.00.

Your friend going into rehab should be a time to celebrate, they are getting help and on the road to recovery.

Make sure you are breathing properly. I know that sounds weird, but when stressed we breathe shallow breaths or hold it. Not good. Breathe deeply and slowly when you feel stressed out. Make sure you eat healthy too and drink water to stay healthy. Exercise is very important too for stress control.

Take care.

I'm sooo very sorry. What credit card do you have? Usually if you tell companies you have fraud on your account they'll believe you. Wow. Sorry about your friend too. I don't know if you believe in prayer but I will be praying for you tonight. I would say vacation as well for a suggestion but it sounds like you don't have time or money. Do you have any hobbies, just let them take you away when you have some free time.

Things will work out, have faith.

Go camping but find a trail to hike and walk off some of that tension. Over the weekend of course. If you can't take a day off to spend the day outside when you get home turn off your ringer on your telephone unplug the answering put on some music run some water in the tub and drink your favorite adult beverage.

Meditate. I ride my bike down to the zoo, where I have my happy place! It helps me alot! Also just the exercise of riding a bike helps too.
I know...no time! But if ya don't find that time for yourself...you'll loss your mind & end up in rehab with your friend. Meditating is easy, and if you get good at it, you can stretch 5 min. into the equivalent of a 2 hour nap!
