No. Poor people and wealthy people do. White folks who go to expensive private schools and colleges have some of the same sexual mores as black people who to the same schools. Same for white folks and black folks that live in really poor neighborhoods. Black and white Caholics will have similar values, black and white orthodox Jews will have similar sexual values, etc. Look at the color, but also look at other things to determine the answer to this question.
