Eat healthy and excercise, walk BRISKLY for 30 minutes each day and then increase it a liitle as you can. or swim if you can.

Avoid junk food and high calorie junk food.
Drink only water, tea, or no calorie sodas. Those sugary drinks add up.

It depends on how much you weigh. If you're underweight, losing weight is not going to make you feel more confident about yourself. But, if you want to lose for health reasons, I would recommend daily exercise (a mix of cardio and strength training), and a good diet that contains of 1200-1500 calories a day. When you choose what to include in your diet, choose from varieties of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, and low-fat dairy. You will lose your weight gradually and naturally the safe way. You'll also keep it off for good.

You have all kinds of equipment available to you for exercising, for free. First watch what you eat. Try to eat more fruits and vegetables. It's Summer right now. Swim, play basketball, run, bicycle. I use mowing my grass an an exercise. The most important thing is to just keep moving.

Run...straight up just running for 20-30 minutes daily. Eat well and dont eat to much, and do sit ups

cut out the junk food like soda, chips and candy

start drinking more water

and workout .. this can be walking, playing basket ball, swimming, skating.. etc

meth...its cheap and u will lose ur teeth also...so u will not be able to eat as much.....resulting in loss of weight
