Breast feeding is a supply and demand business. Since your little one is using one side more that one is producing more milk. Your breast will return back to normal after nursing stops.

My first favored one side over the other. The favored side was about a full cup size larger for about 6 months after we weaned but it eventually went back down the same size as the other.

But after I nursed my second, one size was about 1/2 cup size larger than the other and it never went back down (and after 4 yrs I don't think it will). Prefered sides had nothing to do with it the second time. He nursed equally on both sides and I pumped equally as well. But I do agree with others, try to nurse equally on both sides to help minimize this.

I think most women have one breast slightly larger than the other. It's usually not noticeable with clothes on.

Hi there...
the answer is No...

If u'll examine closely, one of ur breast will be always bigger than the other...this is very common thing and sometimes it becomes prominant after feeding the baby.. although there is nothin much to worry about it....but usually the breast doesn't regains its shape back...

Try massaging and feed the baby from both sides equally

Well the next time, use up both breasts. Not sure if they will go back to normal, stuff like that is usually permanent. I have a friend with the same problem, and her breasts didn't come back to normal.

You should alternate breasts when feeding, but yes your breast should return to the same size once you stop producing milk.

My son favored one breast over the other. Eventually, I gave up trying to nurse him on both. As soon as my milk dried up they balanced out. Not to worry!

I breast fed my daughter for 13 months, and they were always lopsided! They evened out after I weaned her.

I always had one bigger than the other (and that is the usual case for woman). When I was breastfeeding I fed my son on the smaller one more than the larger one....... sad to tell you that I still have one larger than the other.
