Kona Gold? Left Bank? Swept Overboard? Squirtle Squirt? Orientate? Speightstown?

I think when he was on his A+ game, Swept Overboard was untouchable. Although Ghostzapper wouldve given him trouble beyond 7F.

I really think the best sprinter is Silent Witness, a horse from Hong Kong. He won the record number of consecutive races. (all over 1200m)
I believe there are plans for him to race in the US.

Ghostzapper was the best horse of the last 6 years period. And he was just as good sprinting as he was routing. Don't forget he won the 6.5 furlong Vosburgh as a three year old. He would win the category hands down.

One you didn't mention was Pico Central. Robbed of an Eclipse in '04 he was awesome that year. He beat Speightstown by open lengths in their only head to head, he broke the heart of the fine runner Strong Hope in the Carter and ran gallantly in defeat. He wasn't the same horse the following year, but in '04 he was awesome.

all good horses. I'm partial to Kona Gold...he never quit.

Also have a lot of respect for Lost In The Fog considering what he's been going through. For those who haven't heard - he's been racing with an unknown situation until a mild case of what was thought to be colic and was taken to UC Davis. It turns out he has a growth, possibly cancer, in his spleen. He's TOUGH.
