by the way the both of them are really good friends... is it a way of the guy to let the girl know that he has feelings for her? do guys do normally do this to their friends or they have to be at least ineterested in a girl?

I would call it a Loving gester. Maybe he'd like to be more than friends and is using this suttle,but firm gester. Don't jump to conclusions though, take it slow. Guys don't just go around grabbing at girls faces. It mean they feel comfortable with you. Now it all depends on the situation at the time and how exactly they touched your face to understand what was meant by that. Just think agressive bad, gentle nice, hands clean even better. ;)

yeah it sounds like he likes you. like maybe he is just shy and wants you to make the first move. maybe he dont know if you will feel the same way about him as he does you. i would just come right out and ask him if you arent the shy type cause he might be the shy type about that.
