Different airlines give it a different product / brand name; but i guess what you are talking about is wider seats ( similar to business class but not the latest flat-bed types) but economy class food and service.

It is definitely better than economy and solve the biggest complaint from most passengers which is the lack of space. Seriously, if the reason for going business class is for food and drinks, is not worth the price difference.

I had United Airline's upgrade economy class. i think they said 30cm longer for leg space. i paid $60 or so.
