There's a saying ' No pain, No gain'.
And if you wanna cut time on your showering, i guess the best way is to keep the length of your hair to a moderate level, which means no waistlenght hair, ya know what i mean? Considering you have a healthy hair right now, so why do you wanna have it bad? I 've had my share of experience of 2in 1 shampoos. It's a defenite NO-NO.
So what i do now is, switch to a leave-on conditioner.
The result is even better, smoother hair, minus the hassle in showering and not to mentioned, the time I've saved.
The best thing is that I still get to keep my lenght!
Now the choice is yours.

I've used them, I like to take them to the gym, to use in the shower afterwards, but on day to day I use separate. Whatever you decide go with a 2in1 in a brand you already like and trust. I did a 2in1 with LOreal's Vive line and I liked it well enough. I know there are some 2in1s in higher up (on the price list) that might work just as well if not better. If you find you still need a touch more conditioner in your hair after the 2in1 why not try a conditioning spray to add on your ends or wherever your tangles are. Experiement and find a brand that works for YOUR hair, because what works for me might not work well with you (different hair types, different waters, whether yours is harder or softer than mine). I would buy the smallest bottle when trying a new brand though! Obviously enough people like 2in1s to keep the shampoo companies making them!!! Good luck!

I think separated shampoo and conditioner are better although you can't cut you time short, but you get 2x more nutrition (Active ingredient in Shampoo and in Conditioner) compare to 2 in 1. You can also decide which should use more during shower, shampoo or conditioner. You can't get the proper nutrition for your hair in 2 in 1 shampoo cos ingredient in Shampoo and Conditioner often crush into one another cos ingredient in Shampoo often clear away the softening agent in conditioner if too little, and too much may cause hair to be oily and 'flat' looking.

Conditioner and shampoo are meant for use one at a time for the suited consequences. Thats why they're what they're. because the chemical substances do not react and they are going to both be on your hair besides, they are going to be fantastic. it gained't harm, destroy and harm your hair by any skill. it would want to be more cost-effective in case you even purchase both-in-a million hair and conditioners.

i dont use the 2 in 1's, i use pantene pro-v conditioner and shampoo separately..i know this doesnt help with the single bottle problem, but with this stuff i only need to condition once or twice a week. (im a gymnast, so my hair is always up with a TON of hairspray...so condition once or twice a week means that its really good.)

If your hair is healthy you probably don't need to condition every day. Conditioner can weigh down the hair. Try conditioning just once or twice a week. i am 45 with normal hair and I never condition because I have fine, thin hair and my hair is healthy and shiny.

it's ok as long as you choose the one that suits your hair needs, nothing's bad with 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner, just be careful trying out products or might harm your hair

really it's not posible to shampoo and condition at the same time. the product actually just cleans the hair and leaves a film on it. you can use it I guess if your hair is healthy but I wouldn't use it if you color.

i dont like 2 in 1's as much as separate ones, they seem 2 mess up my hair, and make it too oily and stuff
