Maybe Israel is one of a number of marketing tools used by a mercenary plutocratic predatory few to increase profits from the sale and manufacture of the products and services of a beast of a military industrial complex. Maybe Israel will continue to be attacked as long as it continues to enable a mercenary plutocratic predatory few to extort gold from the many in a global shakedown of epic proportions some call "the war on terror" and concentrate the wealth of the global culture into the hands of the few.

I am an agnostic person searching between Christianity and Islam, so please if my opinions clash with yours do not be offended because I did not mean it.

I honestly do not believe that a fair God would chose a people to be better then others. How does one decide that the a Jewish person is better than me or you in the eyes of God. To me this seems more like an unfair god that I do not wish to associate myself with.

If we do go with the fact of the Chosen people then how do we decide that the current people of Israel are not mostly converts who were not of the original twelve tribes. If they are not the chosen ones then why would I support them.

Also if I were to convert to Judaism and practice it can I then consider my self a chosen one. I am sorry if I am offending anyone I really do not mean to bash your beliefs I am just pointing my view of a debate. Take care everyone.

Sounds noble yet baloney . Allegiance to Israel is political , not religious . No Christian has to help Israel ' no remember what ' , even however Israel , as prophesied ; wil get saved as a rustic . the rationalization allegiance to Israel with the aid of ' christian ' concerns is interminable is via the fact Daniel says additionally there will be robbers recent in that united states . No gentile ' united states ' needs to pass to conflict fullyyt for Israel's concerns . The existence of the state of Israel provides no gentile united states the superb suited to shoot one bullet in her want . Obama isn't having to be a puppet of so-called Christian militaristic concerns for Israel . In that Obama want not pay interest to ' Christian " militaristic concerns , that would not make him directly an outstanding guy , yet he does have the superb suited to ward off being an entire fool on being the puppet of self-contadictory claims a ' Christian " " united states ' ought pass to conflict at Israel's behest ! In different words in a sovereign united states , the President might determine to pass to conflict , yet not on the muse of confounding religious and organic themes . Israel could be dealt with unjustly in terms of time-honored testimony regardless of if that's as a thank you to those of sparkling sight , the u . s . a . can then pass to conflict on that foundation . with the aid of the way the financial gadget and the atmosphere won't in simple terms superb suited themselves , any extra than a pupil's homework not completed will do itself up superb suited , besides ! If not something considered one of those proposition is extra absurd than 3 needs from a Genie interior the bottle -there is no Genie .

The Israel that exists in Palestine, is not the Israel that benefitted from the Covenant.
That covenant was obliterated in the year 70, when the Romans came and destroyed Jerusalem.
The Israel of today is the Israel of the heart.
Romans2:. 29 But he is a Jew who is one on the inside, and [his] circumcision is that of the heart by spirit, and not by a written code. The praise of that one comes, not from men, but from God.

The Bible also teach you to love your neighbor.
This question is a good example of religion fundamentalism, I'm right and I deserve Heaven, you are wrong and go to the Hell.
The ones that are supposed to defend the "promise land" are the ones that fight to destroy it.
Is this nonsense fight continued you can be sure that in a near future you will be looking for another "site" for the "promise land".

because they interperet this passage differently.
they belive that the present country is an occupying power and therefore is well attacking the holy land... as it were
also try reading The Koran, The Torah, The Apocraphya, the various Non Cannonical Gospels, oh and The Bible (a non edited version. manuscript based, and just rember it's propaganda). it might help you formulate your arguments better.

Because those who do attack Israel don't believe in God's word and those who do think Israel is not actually the Jewish people. (there are nuts who think Christians co-opted that promise).

I try to bless Israel every night in prayer.

I agree its not right friend... but also understand... Jesus himself said "these things must come to pass"... instead of getting angry... remember this .... your being blessed to see the fulfillment of prophecy. For those killed in the fighting... while we tend to look at it in a worldly way of saying its an injustice to the people... we must remember .... Gods prophecies will come to pass..... just pray for them and trust in the fact that God still sits on the throne and we must have faith in him.

Psalms 122:6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.

God said it; so you can believe it. What's your alternative, believe a corruptible man or someone with a superiority complex? My eternity is infinitely more important than vanity.
