You cannot pull up a summary or details of a case involving a child. You can get the final outcome but no details thereof. Hope this helps!

Not shockingly people who have served time and are paroled back into the system once agian have a right to privacy. Sex offenders and some other violent criminals are registerred but the details of the crimes they have served sentence for are between them and the state.
Have you tried asking the person in question? It's amazing how open people can be once you treat them like human beings.

If it was under the Child Protection Act, you should have no access to those files!
If it is criminal, you pull up the perpetrator, which is public record, though I doubt if you can get it on the Internet!
In most states you can get a list of sexual offenders, usually through the State Police, on-line. You can't get anything else!

Go to the court house. It may or may not be available as it involves a minor. Some cases involving a minor get sealed to protect the child.

All you will be able to find online is the age of the victim, how long ago the crime took place, and what the charges were. I'm not sure if you can get anything else released to you.

Since it is suppose to be public record, you can probably go to the police station or courthouse to get it. Online, you should be able to go to either the city or county website and go under its court website, depending on if it is a misdemeanor of felony
