lukewarm water would be the best

i think that luke warm water keeps you out of common colds for long and other discomforts related to the respiratory system too.
on the other hand ice cold water tastes better and quenches thirst easily which is a short term benefit for your body unlike luke warm water

well ice water is not so good if you have got adenoids.but it would be nice to drink ice cold water in summer.that is what i think
