Shaved ice business?

I need information on starting my own shaved ice/snow cone business. If you own one, please relpy. How much is it for rent for the location? Do you pay for utilities? Taxes?

Well it depends on where you are planning to have this business.
Will it be mobile or a permanent location? Ive been in the Ice biz for awhile. I would need more info to answer better.
