I am a very happy woman. I have been married for 21 years to the same man. Sure we have had our ups and downs but we got through them the best we knew how. I have a 21 year old son I wouldnt trade for the world. I love my husband and son very much and I dont mind saying it. I also have a chronic disease that keeps me sick most of the time but I keep my head and spirits up the best I can.

I have always tried to think im happy and i like to show that i am happy, i do think negatively alot but i still remain happy no matter what. I have 2 very beatiful daughters that i love, i wake up every morning to the Birds churping, or a rainy day but i still know that no matter what the day brings everything always turns out, so therefore i will be happy, no matter if i didnt like something, we all experience problems but if we dwell on them, why make out we are happy when we are really hurting inside? We all get hurt one way or another, but just remember we are all really here for a reason. You just have to look within yourself for the answer. All My dreams seem to be coming true lately so Hell Yah Im HAPPY!! Good Luck Everyone!!

My sercet, i'll let you in on it.......it's takes 2 things. 1.If you wake up,be happy, cause who knows how many more times you'll wake up! 2. Live life at a Snail's pace. You will see life more, and be less stressful. And it's funny but that's how I finally was able to say I Am Happy in every part of my Life, honestly :)

I honestly can. I'm 26 cant think of anything that I really want. I'm married and things could not be better. I'm letting myself just be happy and am trying not to mess anything up by analyzing things. This is probably the only time in my life where I have been truly happy.

I think I'm happy. It was a conscious effort, though. I found it has nothing to do with where you are or any other out side influences. It comes from within.
You want to be happy? Then make up you mind to be happy, even if it kills you.

I'm happy. If you're not find out why and change it. Once you get away from things that make you unhappy it's easy. Plan for happiness by planning how you want things to be in your near and far future.

I can, 4 months ago while counting my blessings I experienced my first spontaneous laughter of delight. I'm laughing with delight as I write. Take off your poop-colored glasses and count your blessings You can always put the poop-colored glasses back on anytime
