This isn't a question of whether he would "try" such a thing, just a question of whether he could create this hot sauce or not.

yes he could, but he could not create a hot sauce hot enough that chuck norris wouldnt eat it

Please read more books to avoid easy questions of this kind which have been repeatedly brought up through centuries such as:
Could God draw a triangle with total angles below 180 degrees!
Could God make a stone too heavy that He could not lift up!
Could God tell whether the chicken or the egg existed first!...
Such questions will lower the level of your thinking and the thinking of your children who boastfully believe that they already got a mind more intelligent than God or there is no omniscient God, and they will cease their searching not only into the world of creation but also into the world of revelation.
God wants you and your children to become wiser and wiser to know your own selves and know your glorious relation with Him and ascend to your divine habitation. Please don't deprive yourself of this great chance.
