I have too many puppies at our at home shelter. My vet recommended putting some of them in a pillowcase and hitting it with a baseball bat or throwing it off of a bridge. Isn't this animal abuse? He said it doesn't count if they are sleeping is this true? I don't know if it would be the best thing but if i have to should i put the 'less cute' puppies in the bag or is that descrimination?

After looking at the questions and answers you have previously posted, I think you are insincere and just making this up. I have a very hard time believing that a vet would recommend beating an animal to death. If that were true, you should report them, but if you are just an attention-seeking pathetic soul, you should seek counseling. Or maybe just the standard advice of getting a life would be appropriate.

that is animal cruelty even if the puppies are a sleep if you want to get rid of them you should advertise them in other towns besides the town where you live that is a very very cruel thing to do to any animal i mean come on how would u like to be a sleep and have some one beat you with a baseball bat or throw you of a bridge i would call the cops and turn your vet in that is so cruel he could go to jail and so could you if someone turned you in

I don't think this question is real because I don't think a vet would suggest you do such a cruel thing. Have someone put you in the bag , whack it with the bat and throw you off a bridge. That definitely would'nt be descrimination.

ok do not do anything crazy! that WOULD be animal abuse. if you have too many puppies sell them put them in the paper puppies for sale! ask a friend to keep one of them till you find a home for it. or just give them to a shelter where people can take them home. at shelters people always get puppie. BUT DO NOT DO ANYTHING INSANE! YOU WILL REGRET IT THE REST OF YOUR LIFE! AND IF YOU DO REMEMBER IT'S ANIMAL ABUSE TO THE MAX!

You've GOT to be kidding!!! If it was really your Dad (as you noted below your question) and not a vet that told you this, I would first get those poor puppies OUT OF YOUR HOUSE, and when you go to sleep at night, lock all your door and windows.

I dont know who your vet is but I really doubt he has a licence and excuse the pun but I would not take any dog to him. you can run a free add in the paper to find them homes but screen the people first so u know they arent going for experimental things. you can also call humain society or pet co. they may be able to help you get them adopted to the right homes

Your VET said that? oh. my. god. call the police about him! Or the animal cops on animal planet. That is DEFINATELY animal abuse! That is one sick vet! oh my goodness. Ask ARF (Animal Rescue Foundation) because thay are a no-kill animal shelter. and they're awesome at adopting out animals!!
