then why would pro-lifers want babies to be born to homicidal nutcases?

I'm saying that if abortion is murder then those who wish to have an abortion are, therefore, homicidal. By forcing the mother to give birth, you are putting a baby into a house with someone you believe is homicidal.
I'm pro-choice. Christ.

It just amazed me how many people didn't understand this. They might still be confused even though you did a great job of explaining it. Next time you may want to dumb it down for the group you are addressing.

I would prefer they are not born rather than hear about another baby in a dumpster or another welfare mother. I don't care for either.

Because if they're born, at least they have a chance of not being the victim of a homicidal nutcase. Also, if they're born, maybe the incubators (usually called mothers) will be nice enough to give them to someone who will love them and wouldn't want them dead.
So many people seem to not be understanding the question. The point is that if you don't want the baby to be murdered, then they will be born.....their mother will a homicidal nutcase, because she wanted to kill the baby. The baby would then be living with this homicidal nutcase.
I've been pregnant in a bad situation at 16, but I saw my baby as a blessing no matter what circumstances he was born into. I would never have considered abortion to solve a problem I created myself. I can't believe how many murderers there are in this country who are walking around free. And they're worse than most murderers who are in prison because they killed someone who didn't have a chance to fight back, someone they should have been willing to lay down their own life for. Shame on all of them.

So if i'm understanding correctly, your asking if people think that abortion is murder then why would they allow a baby to be born in a "bad" home....right? Well I guess you can call me a liberal but i see things as such: Each person, AS a basic human right, has the right to decide what to do with their own body. With that out of the way I must say that my position on the issue is that just because someone is to be born into an unpleasent home doesn't mean that they should not be given the chance to live. If this was the case then many of the most important people of our society would not have been alive to change our views, our thought processes, and our lives. It really goes back to nurture vs. nature. Does the fact that a person is brought up in a lifestyle where murder is acceptable, mean that someone will understand this as truth? Are we the products of genetics, or our upbringing? I believe there is no clear answer, for we are a mix of both. Just because someone is raised one way does not mean they will chose that way to live. After all don't we all have the right to live as we see fit?

No buddy...most people do not "want" any child to have homicidal parents. I'm sure that if a pro lifer knew that a baby would be born unto homicidal nutcases, he or she would do everything in his or her power to take the baby away from the birth parents and give it a decent and loving home. I'm sure Pro Choice folks and Pro Life folks would all agree that child abuse and homocide is wrong, and both sides do not "want" it for anyone.
The abortion topic is like eating shards of glass...it doesn't sit well in anyone's stomach.

It's not the baby's fault that he/she is born to such parents.
I believe that a baby born in such a case should be put up for adoption ASAP, to assure a decent life.
Baby's don't have the luxury of the " incubator " ( mom ) OR the sperm donor ( dad ).
And, who is it that said pro lifers WANT children to be born from such people ? I don't believe ANYONE would want that for a baby !
If there ARE such people , they must be the "homicidal nutcases " you spoke of .
these people are ignorant, and don't realize the possible consequences, nor do they care. They are just ignorant horny a&&holes, rapt up " in the moment ", with absolutely NO thought s of the consequences of their actions.
Drugs most likely have a role in their actions.
I am a pro lifer !!!!!! Abortion is murder, what ever color you want to paint it !, what ever you want to call it !
I'm sure I'll get some " thumbs down " for my answer
So be it !!!
This is my stand on the issue, and I will forever stick to it, regardless of what others think.

The question is illogical and silly. Abortion is the termination of life and if that qualifies as murder, then that is that. There's no denying that a fetus is a life form, but then again a single cell, or piece of algae is a life form as well. Anyway, whether it is murder or not is really irrelevant I think, because the greater issue is the right to one's OWN body... there are two lives here, one that is already around and the other that is developing. The one that is alive already, a tax-paying citizen, is the only one who should have any protection under the state in my opinion, and that woman should have the choice to decide the fate of the life form growing inside of her, since without her it could not have any life at all.

Oh... and I do think we'd be better off if more poor pregnant teens got abortions and spared their babies the trailer park and growing up on welfare... though some people make it work... it's a personal decision... thankfully it is still a choice.

Adoption would be the best option for a homicidal nutcase. It doesn't matter how nutty a person might be murder is never a good option. A person doesn't have to be bound by their past no matter how bad it is. Everyone has a chance to rise above their circumstances and be a productive human being.

Most people are not whole, they are fragmented. In this instance it means that one side of the mother may want to abort her child, but another wants to love this child. Most often after the mother has birthed the child does her love grows greatly along with thankfulness that her child was born. And from this point begins all the joys and sorrows of raising that child.
