How can I re-align my broken Xbox controller joystick?

It leans to the right, I have a few that now do this! Gamecube controllers dont have this problem because you reset the alignment everytime you turn on the system. Is there any kind of magic fix? Like a controller reset or something.

Taking it apart doesn't do anything because there is nothing obstructing it or anything visually wrong with it.
It is a Pelican brand wireless controller-I have purchased 3 other Pelican brand controllers and they all end up doing the same thing!! (I keep returning them to walmart) :-) I don't want to keep taking it back after about 20 hours of use!!!

apart from getting a new controller there's not much you could do, sorry :(
