Open the file, hit Ctrl-A to select all then go up to the top tool bar and change the font to something easy like Times new roman and set the size as 12 and the text should be viewable now. You may also have to need to adjust the page setup under the file menu so that the margins are appropriate.

Well this is a hard one for me but I'm going to try my best to assist you with this question. The first thing is do you know who altered it? and is this a premade layout and if so then you cant change the way the fonts look unless you check your site that you set up for the fonts to see if you can change them. And then if that doesnt work.
