only girls...tampon type questiton?
girls i am 14 years old and have not even started showing signs of getting my period and hope for future children one day you think i will start one day.i'm getting worried.

as long as u come on before ur 17 yrs old .if not,u need to go to the hospital

Of course you will get it one day!! I was so scared when I was 12 because I thought I would never get it. But I got mine when I was 13. I was so happy, I don't know why. Now, I hate it, and you could rip my ovaries out. Enjoy the freedom while you can. You do not want to deal with cramps, hot flashes, backaches, leg pains, headaches, and its really just gross. But don't worry. You'll get yours soon enough.

Talk to your mom. Maybe their is family history being a late starter. If your mom is worried about it too you can go to a doctor and see if anything is wrong. In the mean time don't sweat it until you know for sure....

u'l b fine girl!!! some pplz r jst late bloomers, u might not show n e signs of maturing till ur about 18, it's normal.. but if u think sumfin might b seriously wrong, go n talk 2 u gp, they should b able to help u out.

don't worry about it. everyone matures at a different rate. if you haven't gotten it by 16 i would consult a doctor, but until then, enjoy not having it.

You could be a late bloomer but if you still haven't had your period, you should see your physician.

Count yourself lucky. I got mine when I was 9... yes, that's right. So horrible.
