I was very hurt I had been living with him for 3yrs. On top of all that about a week after it all happened i found out I was pregnant!!!! yeah i know sucks really bad but he drives buy my house all the time with that girl showing off i didn't do anything to him so why is he being so hurtful to me Now i don't know if i should even tell hI'm im pregnant or not I want to jus to make him feel bad but then I don't even think he deserves to know

It's the betrayal that feels like a knife. At least, that's how it feels to me. I was sick at my stomach for days. I even had chest pains so bad that I went to the cardiologist to make sure that it wasn't heart trouble. (I guess I am having heart trouble, just not the kind you need a cardiologist for.)
Recently, someone asked me how I felt when I discovered that wife was cheating. Here's what I wrote.
---------
There were times when I felt like a sword was through my chest from heart to spine. Sometimes I started to cry without provocation. I had trouble sleeping. I plotted her death in at least a dozen different ways.
The most awful aspect of it all is that there was no one to talk to. I couldn't talk to her about how I felt about her cheating because she was no longer a trusted partner. I couldn't talk to my parents, parents, brothers, or friends because it was just too shaming.
The loneliness was so thick, heavy, and cloying that it felt like being buried under a pile of cold dirt.
Lastly, there's the finality of knowing that nothing will ever be the same again.

Because he have crushed your heart and caused you to have low self-esteem. Seems like you fell in love and he didn't. Someone left the gate open and good things went bad. The best thing to do is dump the dude and move on to the next level, all
guys are not cheaters.

Cry. It hurts because a person you put all your love and trust into has just thrown it back in your face to get their jollies, and has betrayed you. It's ok to cry.

Not all men cheat...find a different man. My only suggestion is don't look in the trash dump to find a treasure

Cry, let it out, get angry, you have a right to. If it were me, it would be over but you might want to think it over, let your head clear and see if you can forgive him.
