I drink about 5 glasses of soy milk a day - the one with low sugar. Will I gain weight from drinking it?

5 glasses is a lot. Why are you drinking that much? and what else are you eating? anything will put weight on you if you eat enough of it, except water.

I drink soy milk as part of my diet, and it is normal,, because I drink two glasses, and the rest of my diet is balanced and not too much.

Any, remember, ANY food consumed without moderation leads to weight gain.

I don't know, it depends on what else do you eat and how much you exersise.
