The question? The army usually has Protestant, Catholic and Jewish Chaplains. They are not required to recognize any one branch of the Christian Religion.. Chaplains enlist the same as any soldier.
Church of Christ would attend Protestant services if they wish. I think all are required to attend Chapel at the Academies.

There is no way they could have services for every branch and twig from the Protestant tree.

Yes they do. Chaplains can provide service for about any denomination. By Church of Christ do you mean a general Christian sect or LDS? The military can accommodate.

To correct a previous posting, Chaplains are commssioned officers.

The Army does not recognize any "church", it will allow you to the extent possible to practice your religion

They recognize most or all of religions. They have chaplins that can help any soildier with any religious problems. The chaplins are basical pastors, rabbis, etc. that have gone trough ROTC.
