My sister had some luck with this.
Lay on your back on a weight bench or foot stool. Reach both arms out to your sides then down to the floor to pick up a small weight you left there. Start light or you will be sore. Grasp the weight and slowly curl it up in front of you at least 12 inches from your chest. This is a simple exercise that can be done at home.
What does it do?
It firms the muscles under the breast and can actually push the breast tissue up and forward. But, it cannot firm the breast tissue itself.
Please don't become another casualty of Hollywood mentality that makes women think they must look like they are twenty at age 40. So many of those ga ga women have spent more on plastic surgery then the average house is worth.
Learn to love yourself the way you are, keep yourself the best you can with diet and exercise. In the long run that is what will make you happiest.

Breast tissue itself is mostly fat, which you can't firm up - sorry! But if you exercise the pectoral muscles, which are beneath the breasts, that can help counteract the effects of gravity, which is what makes our boobs head south as we age....
Most well-equipped gyms have equipment that exercises the pecs. The trainers are more than happy to instruct you(!)

I asked my trainer at to the gym that same question. He set up a routine that really worked. My boobs weren't at all droopy, but now they point so straight out they could poke someones eye out.
So my advice is go to the gym and ask the trainer. The exercises and reps for boobs involve at lot of muscles that most people never work on.

You can firm up the muscle behind them by working out, but this only goes so far in appearance. There is the boob-job route, but other then that not much.
But so what, they hang a little, many people find it sexy, its shows that they are real.

There's a weight machine at my local YWCA called the FLY works wonders also the seated row and the chest press but the FLY is the best

Sure, push up are good and so are weights. Have a set of 3 lb weights handy and use them as you are watching TV.

Try push ups and butterfly presses. It will tighten the skin and fleshy areas around your armpits and breasts.

Don't know, wish I did. Can you carry a hair brush under them? I can. "LOL" Breast feeding your babies comes with a high price to pay, so, I paid it.
