exercise your obliques..side crunches..eat healthier also..junk food makes mid section grow

eat right and exercise regularly, mainly cardio (Running, Skipping, Stomach excersies, Swiming). Check what you eat and divide it into 4-6 small meals. it will help.

I have recently done this and have seen good results one thing i found was good and enjoyable also was swimming. i do only lengths and it has helped a lot by redusing fat overall. and its been only 2 weeks... try it..

What worked for me is the hula hoop and doing crunches. Try eating less and less every day also helps. Avoid greasy or food high in calories.
