It looks like the used a curing iron but only halfway up the hair. If you take the curling iron around the middle of each strand and loosly tighten it and untighten it all the way to the end of the strand you can get that look. I've done it before. I suggest getting pomade and running it through each strand before you do it. Good luck!

You have gorgeous hair!!! WOW!! However I am thinking that a person would use a large, round curling iron to get that look and just curl a few sections..looks very time consuming..ask your hairdresser, maybe she can give you a body perm with the same effect

I just out gel in it and scrunch it when I feel like keeping my hair wavy/curly. Or if you want hair like that use a big curling iron and some hairspray.

just go get a perm, thats what i did. it looked awesome! (besides the fact that when it was being done it smelled reallll weired) but anyways, when my hair was permed i just put some mouse in my hands and ran it through my hair right after i showered and it looked exactly like that pic you had up. the perm usually stays in for a couple of months. money WELL spent!

I have naturally wavy hair... I recently shaved my head though, because it's extremely hot. But yeah, just love the hair that you have, why change it into something it is not?

I have wavy hair naturally, so when I want it wavy I just put mouse in it, but if I had stright hair I would probably use fat rollers in my hair

You should get a crimper! you cn find them at about any store. To control friz, make sure your hair is damp and brushed enough.
