Too many to list! Pepcid AC, but you need to visit your vet for the proper dose.. as any medicine can be dangerous if too much is given.

a million. You dont have a "teacup" Chihuahua. there is not any such ingredient. Chihuahuas are available in one length in hassle-free terms. they're suppossed to be 6 pds or much less.. respected breeders dont breed women under 4 pds. 2. you will desire to not at all breed an greater male to a smaller lady. 3. Why are you even thinking of breeding 6 and seven month old canines? those canines are nonetheless doggies.. it may be VERY risky for the female to be bred this youthful. 4. you will desire to no longer be breeding anyhow until eventually the canines are shown, earned their CH titles, exceeded proper well-being exams (which could not be achieved until eventually the age of two), and you locate an experienced breeding mentor to learn the breed oftentimes happening, pedigrees, well-being subjects, genetics, breeding, pup raising, etc. 5. problems can happen in ANY breeding. will develop are greater with small canines - greater yet whilst the female is smaller than the male.. greater whilst canines at the instant are not bred on the right age, greater whilst the breeder has no longer achieved proper learn on the situation. Spay and neuter your canines.

Be careful about DOSAGES when you give over-the-counter medications designed for humans to your pets, but the following are generally safe for dogs:
* Antiseptic liquid soap (Betadine Skin Cleanser)
Antiseptic solution (Betadine Solution) to soak or flush injured areas
Lubricants (mineral oil, petroleum jelly, K-Y Jelly)
Sterile saline contact lens solution (to flush wounds)
Karo syrup or honey (for shock)
Antibiotic ointment (Neosporin) for wounds.
Activated charcoal preparation (ToxiBan)
3% hydrogen peroxide for poisoning
Syrup of Ipecac (to induce vomiting)
Buffered aspirin (for pain for dogs only! Check with your vet for the correct dose if your dog has any other health problems)
Antihistamine (Benadryl) for itching (it's also a good sedative)
Anti-diarrheal (Kaopectate)
Styptic powder (Kwik-Stop) for minor bleeding
Consider signing up for a dog first aid course, as well. There is an excellent one at:

Not too many that you can give that would not harm them...yes Benadryl is one of them along with Pepto-bismol, and Ascriptin AD. If they must have aspirin it must be buffered. But all of these need to be given according to weight-your vet must give you this info. Never give aspirin to cats however....because it can kill them.

We give my dog half of a baby aspirin when he's limping. He's not as flexible as he used to be and sometimes he'll play too hard and get sore. He likes the cherry flavor.
