tell her family/friends or an area hospital. let them take care of it.after you've sought help for her, use your caller id and don't answer her calls DO NOT take her back. you don't want to have to deal with her mental health problems and drama. this is emotional blackmail. don't buy into it. .

Well your really need to get her some help if you really think she is capable of doing it. Call 911 I had a friend who's boyfriend shot himself in the face over her to make a long story short he didn't die and he realized how stupid he was and its not worth it try, but he couldn't have gotten that second chance jus try talking to her and let her know ur still gonna be there for her, cuz this is a very serious matter that should not be taken as a joke or jus forgotten about Hope everything goes well. She may not do(If she wishes She 'd 've done it, not tell you before) She should grow up....She did n't even guess or realise to that extent when you are about to break up with her. If She is very young, let her parents and/or a close friend know and stay away from her for her own good.

Talk to her! Just because you are still together does not mean you can't be friends anymore! Be a friend to her and help her in her time of need! Don't let her do anything drastic, help her with it, and assure her that you will be there for her, as a friend.
