First, it hurts because your jaw was hit. That's bone & muscle. They'll take x-rays of you to make sure no bones were damaged. Depends on how bad the injury is. I'm sure you're hurting.
Your dentist, though, can fix it quickly, if it's only the teeth & not bone. They do a procedure when they make two molds, One- you bite down, (It copies your "bite" - be natural) They go back & harden it (That's their copy of the broken teeth) Then they take the rest of the "mold" (is mushy) & put it to the portion of the tooth (teeth) that is (are) broken, you give them a nice clean bite, so they know. (New copy) They will go & take an x-ray of this (with the mold in place) All the while the suction thing is going on, to dry your mouth & the mold. Dentist will take off excess & you're good to go! It all looks natural. Dentists are great people.
(Your teeth will be half plaster, half real--but only u know this....)
Or the other case could be that you only chipped them & the dentist could file them down.
All depends on your mouth, believe it or not. Everyone is different.

First, CALL YOUR DENTIST! You could have an exposed nerve on the tooth that broke the worst. That would mean a root canal-don't panic-they are not as bad as people think! And the other teeth probably just need to be fixed with some tooth colored plastic, good as new. You will need some x-rays to see how bad the damage is to the "roots" of the teeth too. Play nice next time.:)

Yes, these can be capped or other wise fixed. God, that must hurt. Get to the dentist fast. If you don't have insurance call social services for a free dentist. Good luck and get care before you develop a infection.

Yes a dentist can fix them They can either be bonded if there are not to bad or they will have to be capped. Both are quite expensive though. As it is cosmetic dentistry.

Why don't you actually go to the dentist or doctor instead of asking this question online...queer.
