OKay- im a celeb nerd so its really hard for me to sit here and see people give you the wrong answer! people are saying chiwaua- but that is paris hiltons dog tinker belle(she has another 4 as well) Nicole Richie has a pure bred Pomeranian(foxy Cleopatra) and another mixed dog that looks like it has shih tzu in it(honey child).
Dont get confused with Misha Barton's dog either!!!!
