I didn't look at the expiration date on the milk carton until I'd drank a glass of it. I noticed it tasted a little funny, but thought it was maybe me. Should I be worried about getting sick or anything? Also, should I contact my doctor?

You'll be fine - no need to contact your doctor. Sour milk is actually used in some recipes.

Milk that's a little sour wont hurt you, it just doesnt taste as good.
Many foods that have the "best by" dates are just there for stock rotation by the store. Soda pop, coffee, soup and other canned goods are ok even years after the date unless there is leakage.
I have personally opened canned coffee that has been from my parents basement and is 15 years old.
It still brews fine and tastes the same as fresh folgers.
Of course now a lot a these foods are packaged in plastic, rather than cans which does not hold the taste as well because plastic is more permable to air. (lets air in more easily)

most of the food have expiry date beyond the date printed on their packing....it's the requirement by the health dept....mostly they can last for another 6 to 12 months depending on the product itself.... however for milk or dairy products, it's crucial to ensure that the product is fresh and not expired before consuming them. even at times the product will be spoiled before the expiry date if it's not being kept properly or exposed to contamination after opening....if the milk or dairy product tasted funny (sour or smelly)...you should throw it away. if you happen to consume part of it, don't worry too much as it's not that "poisonous" to kill you...most probably you will just have some upset stomach for a day or so....you can see a doctor if you are worried about it.

Whatever doesn't kill you can only make you stronger. :)

It's not a significant concern - you might get mild food poisoning such as upset stomach or diarrhea. Some Pepto Bismal or similar will help smooth things through. Your doctor will recommend as such if you contact him/her.

no need to contact a doctor. if the milk was so bad you needed to call your doctor, you wouldnt have been able to open the bottle cap. you should be fine.

If it tasted a little funny, you should be fine. When it is undrinkable, then you should contact your doctor!
