I think i heard this word before, but it's a person who chews their food and spits it out to avoid the calories and fat. UNLIKE bulimics who eat their food and throw it up.

It is classified under Eating Disorder Not Otherwise Specified (EDNOS). It is a diagnostic category of mental disorders that involve disordered eating patterns for those who meet some, but not all, of the criteria for anorexiaor bulimia.
It is a known disorder, but there is not an appropriate name for it yet.

I believe that that is a form of either bulimia and/or anorexia. I saw that on an episode of Sex and the City a couple of years ago.

I can't think of just one word, but what I would say is they really do want to eat and can't handle looking at vomit.
