God certainly does care. He hates all the fighting and killing. I found a great scripture if you care to read it. It shows where we are in the world and whay things are such as they are. When God says world he is speaking of all the elementry things of the world...James 4:4
You adulterous people, don't you know that friendship with the world is hatred toward God? Anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God.

God cares but not in the way some people think; as in caring to do everything a person asks including changing the weather or giving me the lottery numbers.
God doesn't control hatred, humans do, and hate requires the they care deeply about really stupid, trivial things.

yes he does
Some become embittered and feel that if there is a God, he does not really care about us. Or they may even feel that there is no God. For instance, a man who suffered from ethnic persecution that caused the death of friends and family in World War I asked: “Where was God when we needed him?” Another, who survived the murder of millions by the Nazis in World War II, was so grieved by the suffering he saw that he said: “If you could lick my heart, it would poison you.”
An Earth Free From Suffering
HOWEVER, millions of people worldwide have a totally different view. They foresee a marvelous future for mankind. They say that right here on earth there will soon be a world completely free from wickedness and suffering. They are confident that what is bad will soon be cleared away and an entirely new world established. They even say that the foundation of this new world is being laid right now!
2 These people believe that the new world will be free from war, cruelty, crime, injustice, and poverty. It will be a world without sickness, sorrow, tears, and even death. At that time people will grow to perfection and live forever in happiness in an earthly paradise. Why, those who have died will even be resurrected and have the opportunity to live forever!
3 Is this view of the future just a dream, just wishful thinking? No, not at all. It is founded on a solidly based faith that this incoming Paradise is inevitable. (Hebrews 11:1) Why are they so sure? Because the almighty Creator of the universe has promised it.
4 Regarding God’s promises, the Bible says: “Not one word out of all the good words that Jehovah your God has spoken to you has failed. They have all come true for you. Not one word of them has failed.” “God is not a man that he should tell lies . . . Has he himself said it and will he not do it, and has he spoken and will he not carry it out?” “Jehovah of armies has sworn, saying: ‘Surely just as I have figured, so it must occur; and just as I have counseled, that is what will come true.’”—Joshua 23:14; Numbers 23:19; Isaiah 14:24.
5 However, if God’s purpose was to establish an earthly paradise free from suffering, why did he permit bad things to happen in the first place? Why did he wait six thousand years until now to correct what is wrong? Might all those centuries of suffering indicate that God does not really care about us, or even that he does not exist?

Of course God really cares, why else do you think He sent His Son to this world except to deliver us out of this world of hatred. A God who didn't care would just leave us all here in this mess.

sin is devouring this world more each day> Satan is the ruler of this world. The reason there is so much hatred is because people refuse to listen to god and obey his will> it is OUR fault, god cares deeply, but he doesn't interfere w/ our free-will> IN the end, God will judge everyone accordingly> be patient, for god will straighten everything out in the end>

I think God does care.
I dont know why there is so much hatred and negativity but my theory is that if it continues pretty soon God will send another flood for 40 days (ie: the story of Noah's Ark) and wipe us all out.
Or maybe that's what all these tsunami's and other natural disasters are about... Maybe it's God trying to wake us all up to ourselves.

This is going to sound too simple, but the reason for the hatred is sin. God is all about love, he IS love, and yes, he cares about all of us.
The sad part is that as we get closer to the time when Jesus will return, all forms of sin will get worse. It was pretty bad in Noah`s day, and it will be just as bad. The signs of Jesus` soon return will be all around us, but most people will not pay attention and they will be lost.

God created the world and gave man dominion over it. We are the ones who turned it into what it has become because of our sin. We rebel against God's commands, we think we know better than God.
God cares so much that he sent it son to die as payment for our sin of rebelling against him.
The crazy thing is, the only thing that people need to do to have their sins forgiven is accept that what Jesus did is the truth.
Simple right?

Yes he does; Romans 5:12 tells us that through one man sin entered the world and death through sin. Remember he loved this world so much until he gave his only begotten son for us to have the chance at everlasting life.....so he does care however, remember that at Revelation 12:12 he warned the earth that because of Satan being cast out of heavens and now here on earth that we would feel the full effects of him and the demons. Therefore, he warns us of trials and tribulations that would befall all of us. However, he loves us very much and doesn't desire anyone to be destroyed but to have everlasting life......
