Be more direct. Stop flirting with him and hit him over the head with a quiche. When he's cleaning it up he will probably taste some of it, realize he likes it and come to you for more and that's when you spring into action by insisting he help you prepare it. you cant make any person realize that they like you if they like you then maybe they can make you realize the way they feel but not the other way around....to bring it out of him so that he can tell u he likes you if you really believe he does then tell him how you feel or maybe flirt with him(doesnt always work tho) but dont come off like u know he likes u cuz it may be your day of humiliation if he really does not like you

If you like him, you should just be upfront and tell him. If you are too scared to do this, then just invite him to some type of social activity with a group of your friends (i.e. a movie), and tell him that he is more than welcome to bring some of his friends.
