Walling is the cheapest and best form of exercise,that anyone can do.Perhaps in your situation,you,d be better with a treadmill One with guard rails.In any event it is advisable to seek medical advice.Good Luck

Walking steadily may agitate spinal stenosis. However, there is another form of "walking" by using the exercise bike. This reduces back pressure by nearly 40% ensuring a safe yet effective workout.

There's also more forms of working out for this condition. There's Yoga, Pilate's, Tai Chi, Aquatic therapy and swimming.
