Tuna ala Al

1 can Tuna (drained)
1 small minced Onion
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Tabasco Sauce
1 cup Chilli Sauce

Mash tuna in a bowl, pour lemon juice, Tabasco, Chilli Sauce and minced Onion over Tuna and mix well.

Excellent on either crackers or chips.

It depends on the cracker type. We use finely chopped olives mixed with cream cheese and you can add ham to that for a townhouse or club cracker. Wheat thins are great with cream cheese, pickle slices and ham. It is wonderful.
