Tuna ala Al
1 can Tuna (drained)
1 small minced Onion
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Tabasco Sauce
1 cup Chilli Sauce
Mash tuna in a bowl, pour lemon juice, Tabasco, Chilli Sauce and minced Onion over Tuna and mix well.
Excellent on either crackers or chips.

It depends on the cracker type. We use finely chopped olives mixed with cream cheese and you can add ham to that for a townhouse or club cracker. Wheat thins are great with cream cheese, pickle slices and ham. It is wonderful.

Either peanut butter or some tuna salad always works. Or if you're like me, open the pantry, find you have nothing but soup and have that with the crackers.

What do you have? Cream cheese? Sour cream? Salsa? There are lots of things you can blend into cream cheese to make a good spread. Otherwise, butter, peanut butter (and jelly?), potted meat, tuna w/mayo...

Ranch Dip!! Or peanut butter is a good idea!! Depends on what kinda cracker it is you could spinkle some cinnamon and sugar on it.

what do you have available???
i can eat pretty much anything on a cracker...peanut butter, any kind of jelly or jam, tuna out of a can, slices of ham or whatever cold cuts are around, etc.
be creative...as long as it tastes good, you really cant go wrong!

Try salsa.
Do you have a can of chick peas?
Try hummus. I just made a batch from the Barefoot Contessa.
