I thought it may be gas but I am not so sure now.

i'm thinking you are fmale. If so it could be an ovarian thing. If you are ovulating there could be risk of cysts and rupturing.

There could also be many other things such as constipation as the colon runs thorugh that area as well. I disagree with the other answer as I am against colon cleansing. You get rid of a lot of unhealthy enzymes and develop a dependency on it. If the pain sharpens and becomes unbearable I would consider my first suggestion and see your doctor.

plse go to the doctor about this. It can be serious. If the doctor doesn't think anything is wrong or run some tests, and the pain remains for another 2-3 days, go to ANOTHER doctor. Some doctors don't understand when they should pay attention to symptoms, they sometimes disregard things that are very important, as I discovered from a pain in my tummy.

Are you constipated cuz if so go to the health food store and buy some super enzymes and that should take care of it .P.S. Drink lots of water .............if it is severe of wakes you up in the night see a doctor plz...P.S. Also if you are lactose intolerant go to lactaid .com for info!

it's better to get checked out and nothing be wrong than to just be in pain and try not to be concern, it could be a number of things. GET IT CHECKED OUT NOW

Are you ovulating? I have painful ovulation, so bad I double over in pain. Possible constipation!

check your colon. If you eat unhealthily, you might have to get it clened out. that can be done with herbal or pill methods but a colonic is the best way.

you might want to check out ur appendix.....i thought it was just cramps but as hours went by pain came harder and it was appendicitis
