Ice-picks are the best! Its a buffalo NY thing but its vodka over ice with swetened ice tea from the tap most places dont have tea on tap i realized that from when i went to Ohio for the weekend. But a can of ice-tea will work to! its soooo good! enjoy!

Scotch cooler.
Build in ice tea glass over crushed ice.
1 1/2 ounces blended Scotch ( I like Chivas)
1 ounce white creme de menthe
Club soda to fill
Cool and minty, won't get you hammered too quick if you're trying to rehydrate and/or stay cool.

Peach schnapps (any flavor of schnapps will work), vanilla ice cream and crush ice. Blend until thick, pour and enjoy. On a hot day, it can't be beat, just don't try to walk anywhere after having a couple.

I'm a southern girl and love southern apple cider. A friend and I used to make a concoction we called "Country Sin." We added gin (to taste) to a glass of cold cherry apple cider. Really refreshing! Makes you a little naughty after while too!

I love a Spritzer (red or white).
Easy to make fill a glass half way with your choice of dry red or dry white wine. Top your glass with cold sparkling water.
