My wife has severe Psoriasis. She uses Skin Zinc to clear it up. It reduced it about 90%.
I wouldn't expose yourself to the sun or tanning light without a dermatologist's approval.

hi. Have u confirmed that it is psoriasis? It could be anything else. Doctores are in general very confused. I was till date thinking I had it. But recently another doctor negated it and said it was an eczema. So confirm again and again.
I have not heard that sunbathing helps psoriasis. Re confirm ur knowledge. Just apply lots of salicylic acid based creams. Only this gives effect.

Please avoid sun bath.
Better to undergo PUVA.
Read this-
UV Treatment:
Psoriasis responds to UV treatment very satisfactorily. You may be treated with UVA, UVB or PUVA. They are all different ways of getting exposed to UV radiation. This cannot be done at home and you will have to go to a facility to get this done. Your doctor will guide you about the treatment and other aspects.

Your best bet is for a dermatologist for this questions. You don't want to take wrong advice from just anybody. It's better to refer your medical issues with your physicians who better understand your health and welfare. Good Luck:)

Your best bet is to get checked by a dermatologist first. Then apply a sunscreen to protect your skin as you brown so you don't end up burning yourself.
