okay, so i was wondering if there's a name for this. i don't like it if people see me when i'm asleep. i dont know, i think its cause i dont like it that im not in control of myself while im asleep or something. i just hate the thought of someone seeing me sleeping. is this a phobia or something? is there a name for it? does anyone else feel this way? i know it's weird.

No, nothing wrong. You just have a small worry or anxiety so called. No major problem or anything. Everyone has little worries sometimes!

I once felt the same way but not anymore. I think control is not the only issue associated with this fear. I think being too concious about one's self has something to do with it also. For me, it's not really fear, but more of an annoyance about knowing that somebody might be staring at me while I'm sleeping. I'm sure that you will overcome this fear somehow.

it's just a mental thing...you can control what people think or see of you when your not awake..it's not weired..personally if I'm asleep i don't care what is going on. it's the same when someone doesn't want to be seen while crying..not a big deal..but something that you will have to mentally conquer eventually.
