someone does bad to a reiki practitioner does the bad happen to them back...if someone does the black magic and the vistim cuts it then does it revert back to the one who has done it

Reiki isn't black magic, it is a form of energy healing. It doesn't use magic, just the ability to sense a persons energy, which is really easy to do. I have practiced reiki with my massage that I do, and it really helps people. You do have to be careful of negative energy that will stay with you, but you learn how to clear it so that it doesn't effect you.

I don't know about black magic BUT NO REIKI NEVER REVERT BACK AS BAD even if you did something bad to reiki practitioner.
The one & only reason is reiki is motherly energy & for which every child is same. same as like our mother earth. It reverts back only with love & pure energy.

I'm not sure I really understand your question. I think you're asking about karma. Karma is the idea that for every action, there is a reaction. If you hurt someone, someone will hurt you. It's about payback. At the same time, if you heals someone, you will receive a healing in return. It's not specific to Reiki or black magic, it's universal concept.

There are many spells that counter black magic. Sometimes they rebound back on the caster, sometimes they just break the spell and scatter the energy. It depends on the kind of spell that was used to counter the magic.
As for black magic itself, in order to cast a negative spell on someone, you must harness, contain and focus negative energy. Thus, that energy is going to affect you to a certain degree whether it is sent back to you or not. You cannot generate energy without feeling its effects, positive or negative.

If the Reiki practitioner knows some thing about magic they can use what is called a mirror or reversing spell and send the spell back to the sender.
The person that cast the spell puts themselves under the law of the three fold return . which states that what you do onto another will be returned to you three fold.

Reiki can never be used for "bad" or against someone. It is always positive healing energy. Reiki turns negative energy into positive loving energy. If someone is intent on hurting another person, usually it can be "sensed" and the person is asked to leave.

Many people believe in the "Rule of Three". Like a kick-a** golden rule.
If you do good, it comes back to you 3 times over; and if you do bad you get zapped by something 3 times as bad.
