Methuselah lived 969 years then he died, is the Bible account in Genesis, the Bible doesn't mention ages of plants or animals. But since everything is imperfect and because God is not extending full blessings toward the earth they may live longer than they do now, but it is unknown. There are trees on the earth that live for thousands of years such as the Bristle Cone Pine and the Giant Sequoias, so who knows, maybe.

I know the Bible says that men lived hundreds of years, but I'm pretty confident that's not true.
Assuming it is true, though, I would think plants and animals would also have lived longer, because wouldn't you run out of food to eat otherwise?
I don't think it's true, so I don't have any kind of source to quote you.

Men did not typically live for 500+ years. There is no medically substantiated documentation of this claim.
