I've been playing with the free trial of CS and am wondering what I get with Creative Suite that wouldn't come with the much cheaper Elements. Are the extra features really worth all the money? What doesn't come in Elements that I might miss?

Its the difference between mr and mrs jones and their holiday snaps they talk of the kids. And a photographer wanting to control their media.

Elments is actually even less than 85 percent of photoshop. I work with cs2 all the time and basically having to use elements is complete waste of time professionally.

Adobe Elements is a watered down version of Adobe Photoshop. Photoshop gives you 100% control over your images and your artistic creativity while Elements gives you only about 85% control. If you truly don't know the differences then the chances that you need Photoshop is slim to none. If you are going to purchase the software, Elements sounds like what you need
