I've had a bit of a Fiasco at a McDonald's restaurant in my town and I want to have this restaurant reported.

Does anyone know if there is like a Consumer Affairs complaint site for Canadians? A place were I can file complaints about business's and retail stores?

You can contact the Better Business Bureau. That is the main place to complain but I think you would get a response if you contacted the Canadian McDonalds Head office like the person before me suggested.

Consumer Affairs tends to be a provincial government responsibility. Without knowing which province you live in, it's difficult to direct you specifically. Check your telephone directory for the provincial government listings.

You might also want to contact McDonalds directly.
