20-39 = young adult
40-59= middle-aged
60+ = old
That's what my anthropology professor told my class anyway...
So, you're not old.

it's all relative. If you are 35, then 35 was tough for me. but I'm 40 now and 25lbs more, but I feel younger than I did at 35. But it's true about being as young as you feel. I still 'feel' like I did in my 20's. I'm sorry if this is not what you meant, but if I'm correct, then go find new (or old) things to do that you haven't done, or haven't done in a LONG time. Have some fun. Or have a vacation, and regroup and relax. Best of luck.

I would hope not since I am 39! Actually as they say, age is nothing but a number. You are truly only as old as you feel and act! Keep your mind active, and your body healthy and you will always be young.
The late 30s and 40s is the best time to be active. You are more mature, secure in career and mindset and have been through all the "drama-rama" already. You approach relationships with a no nonsense attitude and state exactly what you are looking for -- no more childish games at this stage.

If you can't figure that out for yourself at your age, you're pretty immature. Like lots of things in life is a matter of perspective. To a 12-year-old I'm sure you look ancient. To a 90-year-old you look like an infant

depends on your point of view. A 20 year old would say yes. A 70 year old would say no!
You've got many years to go kiddo! Start running or you'll never catch up.

For a cat, yes. For a person no, unless you come from a 3rd world country where you were malnourished and poverty stricken and life expectancy is severely lower. Then you would qualify as a village elder.
