Ok... I don't eat any junk food anymore and I only eat Breakfast and Lunch... I don't eat after 6:00 and I only drink water... no more coke !

Eat at least 3x a day. There's no substantial proof that says you gain weight while you sleep. Your metabolism slows down while you sleep, so its about the calories. Eating after 6:00 won't matter. If you're following a 2000 daily calorie intake, cut it down to about 1700 to be safe.

Sounds like your body will go into starvation mode and store virtually everything you eat. That's bad and you'll keep the weight you have and gain some.

okay its impossible to lose 3 pounds a week even with excercise: this is wat happened to me::
i tried to lose weight too, so i went on a "diet".. but it ended up going downhill,. i stopped eating completely. and i sadly became anorexic.. so please just watch urself.. i dont want to see anybody go through that. cuz u can never get rid of it, trust me.. i'm trying to get through it. but i cant.. trust me.. IT RUINS UR LIFE =[

u should eat every meal 3 times a day.. skipping a meal will slow down ur metobolism, u should also have a snack, such as yogurt or vegetables, or some other nutritious things..
dont drink coke, or eat fast food.. watch how many fats/ and calories you consume..
and try and exercise at least 3 times a week.. go for walks/ bike rides/ skating / anything that can get u up from sitting..

Cut your calories.
Make sure the water you drink is ice water.
Walk as much as possible - even little things like taking the stairs insted of the elevator add up.

no pain no gain... exercise also it will help you reach your goal quicker..... with your diet you will soon reach a dead end soon, so start working out...
