I love this guy that goes to my church. We have a lot in common and we go to the same church. We go to the same school and have known each other ever since we can both remember. He always talks to me. He is a Christian, just like me. We went on a hike with two of my cousins, my brothers, and both of our moms. Our moms stayed back so far that we couldn't even see them. The other boys ran forward so they could get back to our campsite. The guy stayed back and talked to me for over an hour! It was the most enjoyable time of my whole life!! I love him with all my heart. I have loved him all my life! Should I ask him out? I'm pretty sure he likes me because my cousin asked him (right in front of me) if he liked me. He quickly changed the subject. If he didn't like me, he would've just said so right? I really want to ask him out but I'm afraid of being hurt by the only guy I've ever really loved. Please help. All help will be greatly appreciated.

it's great that you're both chrisitans, but my policy is that the girl should never be the one to ask the guy out...you should let him step up and be the man and you should be the one who is sought after. if he doesn't pursue you at all then it could be b/c of two reasons...one that he's too cowardly too or you might have to accept that he just isn't interested. either way he's not the guy for you.
