I'm trying to lose weight and I keep stress eating. Especially at night. How can I stop this?

I am the same way,...so i buy celery for night, popcorn..(no butter)......fruits....no chocolate or sweets.

I would not advice you to kill your appetite to loose weight but instead try a healthy option like this one so here goes,

Drink a glass of milk. it will fill your stomach. or try making a high protine shake.

8 oz cold milk
1 banana
2 tablespoons of peanut butter

blend all together and drink.
