Hello,

I have heard that the bakery in korea town, LA (i think it's called rien) has some really good cakes. I haven't been able to find it. Does anybody know/heard of it? Maybe i've got the name mistaken. Supposed to have a really good black forest cake.

I've never heard of rien, and when I google it, French websites keep popping up (it means "nothing" in French).

However, a popular Korean bakery chain is Paris Baguette. It definitely has some good cakes, I'm not sure if there's black forest cake though. They have Paris Baguettes in big cities all around the U.S. (I know for certain there's one in Atlanta, GA and Chicago, IL.)

I looked at the Paris Baguette website, and apparently they own a branch called "Rinas" (I think that's how it's spelled). Perhaps that's what you're looking for?

I don't know if you speak Korean but here's the website with pictures of cake:

"Cake"
http://www.paris.co.kr/baguette/pati/pati01.html?menu1=2&menu2=2&order=1

http://www.paris.co.kr/baguette/pati/pati01.html?menu1=2&menu2=7&order=1

"Mousse"

"Sseng Cream Cake" (Fresh cream cake)

Hope that helps~!

Go to the web, look for bakeries in your area, and check it
out. .

There should be at least a ph.# or address.

good luck
