yesterday i had a tortilla with beans and rice, then a big piece of carrot cake.
then today i had mcdonads--an asian salad with a snack wrap.
will this make all my work (diet and exercise)go to waste!!?!?
p.s.--i didn't go over my calorie intake thing of 1500.

Please. please do not beat yourself up for having a few not so healthy items once in awhile. Congratulations on reaching your goal weight. If you do have a meal or two which are not strictly on your meal plan, just go back to your plan of certain foods and exercise tomorrow. Every ones weight fluctuates within a few pounds, so let yourself have a treat once per week or so and you won't feel deprived. A lot of people who have to watch everything they eat, will take one day a week off from the routine, have a treat and get right back to the healthy lifestyle the next day. if you didn't go over your caloric intake for the day, then I wouldn't worry about it, just don't make it a habit! Congratulations on reaching your goal weight though, that's awesome.

no, I think a little celebrating is cool you didn't go over calorie intake but be careful not to undo all the good you've done k?

Just dont do it too often. It's all too easy to fall back into poor eating habits.
