The puppy is going to hate the crate for a while. Right now he sees the crate as the cause of separation from his family. What you need to do is crate train im. At night and doing the day when you cant watch him put him in the crate for about two hours. Take him out to go to the bathroom and repeat. Eventually he'll realize that he's not getting out of the crate even when he does bark. Since you say your puppy screams all night you need to make sure to get up every 2 hours to take him out. You can't depend on him to whine and bark when he needs to go because as you've stated he makes a fuse all the time. He's nine weeks old so I'm guess you've just gotten him and that his breeder didn't keep him in a crate. Baasically you just have to ignore him and make sure to take him out of the crate every two hours or he wont be able to hold it and then he'll go in the crate and thats a whole different problem. Oh and feed him and give him water only in the crate. So put his food and water in the crate and only let him access it there. This will help build positive experiences with the crate.

You really need the advice from a Vet. They can tell you what type of formula and bottles. How often to feed them. Good information can make your life a lot easier. I would call animal rescue or whatever you have in your city right now and ask them. There is always someone answering the phones.

They are not getting enough to eat if they continue to such on the others after you have feed them. You must give them puppy milk replacer, not cow milk. And you must make them potty after you feed them, you can do this by rubbing their belly with a warm wash cloth and rub when the poop comes out too until they go. They can eat quite a bit according to the size of the puppy.

When i had kittens like that we would feed them with a eye dropper every 2 hours. With puppie it might be every 1 hour. Warmed up milk and at some stores sell fomula.

You'll need a formula because they are so young. Regular milk may irritate their disgesttive tract.
As far as the sucking...they're looking for milk,or their mother...in either case, once you start feding them, it should stop.

each puppy should eat two times breakfast and dinner
it depends, you should buy Ceaser brand dog food buy puppy kind and slice it in half and give a half for breakfast and dinner.
one half for one puppy so if you want enough for 2 days then buy 10 and but it at petco, target, or wal-mart. Target is cheaper

they are too young to be away from their mother. I would strongly recommend That you speak to a veternarian , explain your predicament, most vets would offer you some advice on how to handle this situation. the suckling is normal you need some professional help in coping at this point....Good luck
